It works well for me. I have been having hot flashes for a while now. It was NOT fun, but I was dealing with it. However, another symptom of menopause (aching breasts), I could NOT deal with. In an effort to try anything I could find, I got this stuff. I've now been using these things for 3 months, and though it does not promise a reduction in breast pain, I have been pain-free for two of the last three months. Hot flashes have also disappeared. Knock on wood that it continues to work so well.The price is unfortunate. I'd love to find it cheaper. But, as long as it works, I'll continue to buy it.

I’m taking this with a few other natural herbs (maca, red clover, & evening primrose) to manage my menopause symptoms, and it works to mimic what I need for my hormones to be stabilized, so all of my symptoms are gone. For the life of me I can’t figure out the 4grams amount, because I’m a healer and know the USA and India system when it comes to herbs. I know it’s not only 4 grams because that’s not enough to do anything. Either way it’s effective, I’m surprised to see it in a pill form because it’s usually in a capsule. I hope most women in menopause know you usually need more than 1 herb to manage your symptoms because certain herbs usually work together. (Unless your symptoms are very minimal). I usually tell women what to take based off how many symptoms they have.I am NOT a fan of maltodextrin and wish they would leave it out.We need more options in the USA when it comes to herbs.The price is cheaper here than in the store so that’s a plus. The pill is tiny and easy to take.

I put 4 stars for this product, simply because it took longer than expected to work for me. The box and online says "fast relief in as little as 28 days, but other brands may take up to 90 days" - I did not feel anything after 28 days. It took a FULL THREE MONTHS for me to tell a difference. I almost stopped taking it because I didn't feel a difference for a while, but I kept at it and I am thankful I did because after the 3 month mark I am noticing many differences. My sleep is better, energy has picked up, mood swings are way better (this was a big one for me) - mentally I just feel so much better. I still have some anxiety and night sweats, but I can tell it has improved somewhat.So if you have tried taking this or want to try this, and after 1 month have not felt a difference, I encourage you to try it for a full three months, it made a world of difference for me.

Not to be dramatic, but Estroven Complete is a lifesaver. I’m 45 and in perimenopause with all of the fun symptoms that go along with it. I have been experiencing sleeplessness where I wake up every two to three hours, often covered in sweat and feeling like my body is on fire. My brain fog has been terrible, to the point where I finally called my doctor while ugly crying and she immediately had me going for labs to check my hormones and recommended this supplement to help. The box says it can take around 90 days for relief but I’ve been feeling increasingly better since the second day. I’m a month in and just ordered my second box and there has been a dramatic decrease in hot flashes at night and I haven’t woken up in a pool of sweat in a few weeks. I haven’t felt like I’ve had extreme brain fog like I was having previously, either. Sleeplessness is still a slight issue but I have more good nights than I had been, so I consider that a win. When my doctor reached out to see how I was doing, I told her that I felt so much better and that it might be the supplement working or it might be a placebo, but I don’t care because I was feeling so bad before. My symptoms are reduced so the point where I feel like myself again and that helps everyone in my family in the long run. I only have to take one pill a day and the blister pack has the days of the week printed for each pill so you can keep track, which makes it so easy to use. I’ve tried taking it in the morning and also at night and can’t really tell any difference in which works better for me. I did a bit of research on other supplements and also looked up the pricing for Estroven Complete at other retailers online and locally and Amazon had the best value for the money. I’ve now subscribed so I can have it delivered every month so I’m not without it even for a day. If you are in the same boat and looking for relief, I know that supplements work differently for everyone, but it’s worth trying and hopefully you’ll have the same results as me. Just make sure to give it time to work. Not everyone will have results so quickly so I’d definitely recommend giving it a full 90 days as long as you don’t experience any adverse effects. I took these for 2 months and didn’t notice a difference.

This product has been most helpful with perimenopause symptoms. My hot flashes and night sweats are completely gone. I’m able to sleep more hours in a row now as well. I’m on my 3rd package of pills, but noticed a difference in those symptoms within a month. Would definitely recommend this product.

I could never really tell if this product did anything for me. Did my symptoms go away on their own or did this help. Well I needed to stop this for an upcoming surgery. It’s been about 3 days without it a lo and behold I am starting to have hot flashes again. Trouble sleeping through the night. I’m guessing this stuff really does work!!
