I have just ordered my second pack of these as I have had equally good results from them as more expensive brands. I also order for a friend and she feels the same as I do. The dose is good and since the Ubiquinol is actually absorbed mainly via the tongue rather than via the DIGESTIVE tract it makes sense to use these if you suffer from IBS or other gut/absorption problems.They taste lovely (if this is a concern) and be careful as they could turn into very expensive sweet treats! LOL.I won't go into all the advantages of taking Ubiquinol as I'm sure that if you have chosen to buy it you must have already researched it's values. I won't be without it now as it has helped me in many ways including feeling rested when I awaken as well as improving energy levels.In a few days I will be seventy and suffer many chronic illnesses, but still manage to keep going as long as I take my supplements, this and Altrient C being my favourites for good results.I am pleased when people say I don't look my age, although I do feel it many times.The more you are suffering, the more Ubiquinol you need. I take 3 per day of these - 450mg in total in singular doses. I do recommend this brand as long as they do not increase the price, otherwise I will have to revert to Swansons on another website which are also effective as well as being fairly priced.UPDATE@25/3/21I gave these up a while ago when the price increased to just under £30. I also realised they are not kaneka ubiquinol which is a MUST for lasting effects.I am now getting the same effect from a lesser dosage, by taking kaneka ubiquinol by HTN which is considerably cheaper for 8 weeks supply. My group of friends have also swapped brands & we are all happy & thriving LOL.

I tried these after previously taking the large capsules which were hard to swallow, and the reviews are true - they are so yummy! The value compared with other brands, given these are 150mg, is pretty good, and well worth it for the ease of taking. I will definitely be re-ordering these ones from now on.

I'm taking this supplement for ME/CFS. As it takes a while before you should notice any difference, I cannot yet say if it's working for me.This type of Coenzyme Q10 supplement (ubiquinol) is supposed to work on more people than the alternative (ubiquinone). I bought both types to try out as I don't know if I'm in either group.This supplement is very nice to take, soft chewy gummies with a nice flavour. I take one in the morning and one at night, so 90 will last me about 50 days - I sometimes forget the evening dose.

Too sweet for my liking and company is not answering whether sugar is amongst the ingredients or not. I even e-mailed the company directly from their website but no reply to my question 😔. So odd and I don't recommend, considering the poor communication.

I needed a Higher dose but die to the price of other tablets i brought these and take 2,i found they arrived next day had a good flavour quite orangey and not a false taste,initally chewy but dissolve quickly

Seem to work as well as previous brands purchased.Taste really good although not entirely relevant to me as I'm happy to swallow tablets.Good price too.

I'm on my 3rd pot of these. I hate swallowing tablets so these are a tasty alternative. I do notice I've more energy when I've taken.them, which is a bonus as I bought them to try and boost fertility.

This was reasonably priced as far as ubiquinol goes as it’s an expensive product in general. I enjoyed that these were soft & chewy with a nice flavour compared to the hard, tasteless, large capsule form which can be hard to swallow.
