Did not work, does now
When a card inserted and the item put on charge with in two min it got so hot I could not touch it, the card was super hot, The red light the instructions referenced never came on and as It got so hot I shut it down and asked for a refund.Up date: It appears that I had a defective SD card, the company would like me to try a new camera and I will procure a new card, then I will look at how that works. The company gave me a new camera and it works as promoted, pleased with the results. thank you Kelly

excellent customer service
I am basically very happy with this product. It was reasonably priced and arrived promptly. It was necessary to procure a Micro SD data card because I did not already have one, but that that was not difficult or expensive. The support team was outstanding and very understanding. I am now fully operative and satisfied. I might buy another one some day. I use this product primarily too record private conversations.

Product appears and works as advertised. Well packaged and secure contents. Camera lens protected with film. Instructions are complete and easy to follow. Accessories allow for many uses and mounting positions. Plastic quality of accessories is excellent and no tools are required to mount camera in different positions or with variousaccessories. Magnetic mount functions securely. Images are good especially at close distance. Farther video and pictures are more blury, but overall very good for a camera of this size. Motion activation works properly. Infared night vision works well illuminating the center of the focal point. Only requires micro SD card and reader, which are available at most big box and office supply stores.

This thing can hid in plain site.
I got this because the next door neighbor was robbed. I put this in a very common spot in the house and draped the power cord behind a cabinet, It is very small and couldn't be seen unless you were looking for it. Pictures are great and the video is good to for something that small. Took a while to under stand how to use it but once i did it was great. I hope that I don't have to pull anything off it, but if i do i know the pictures will be clear.
