This came dented on top but does not affect functionality thusfar. The shipping company that K2 used was slow to get this delivered to me from the finial warehouse/shipping point and that was frustrating. So K2 needs to work out the kinks with its shipping policies to make sure that the companies they use are more gentle with the fridge and follow through on delivering to the customer. I've had my digital data logger plugged in for about a week so far and it holds temps well. Although, I put in some water bottles to help it stabilize temps and filled with cold tap water and it threw temps out of range to 9C, which made me have to reschedule my state VFC visit in order to have 5 days of stable temps in a row prior to them coming out. So now I will use our office kitchen fridge to pre-chill any water bottles I place in the vaccine fridge. The fan runs a lot and is kind of noisy, very quiet when it isn't running. Whenever you open the door, there is a loud alarm. There was no manual with the fridge and the one to download online was not user friendly. Overall the fridge seems to be working fine so far, but I wasn't crazy about the shipping company and the online manual is really difficult to decipher. It would be nice to figure out how to reset the time the door can be open before the alarm goes off.

Unit came in perfect condition and cooled to temp. quickly. Meant to order a freezer of equivalent volume, however. K2 Scientific was very helpful concerning the replacement process.
