This massage roller is awesome!! You can hold it to use on body parts and you get the benefit of vibrating your hand and arm also. It rolls easily on the floor to get backside muscles and cuts off automatically after 10 minutes. Excellent buy!

Since the cost of this device is approximately the cost of one physical therapy appointment, it is worth it if it results in two less physical therapy appointments. The lady of the house puts it in a sock so that she can suspend it in the right location between a stiff chair and her shoulder. She finds the easiest place to do this is in the car (passenger seat, of course.)Also, compared to my hands, it does not get arthritis under normal use conditions ;-).

I have a pinched nerve in my back. I was able to use this device to help me with the pain. My only problem is that it needs to be recharged and it doesn’t work now.

The charger does not work successfully and I cannot get support to order a new charger.

TBH I am not the biggest fan of the Trigger Point Charge Vibe. I love the construction, strength of the vibration but I am not the biggest fan of the design. The ridges on the top swivel in and out, opposed to being straight. When rolling this makes it difficult for the roller to stay in a straight path. If I am trying to roll something out then I want to be able to pin point that one location and then move onto the next. The ridges also make the roller very uncomfortable to roll on your back on the floor. I am only 29 but I swear it hurts haha. I have to use the roller up against the wall which again with the vibration and swivel ridges, I cant keep the path straight and isolate what I want. SUPER great for the neck and any short path work

My physical therapist actually recommended this for me because my shoulders and neck muscles are waaaaay too tight. When she did a deep tissue massage I had a killer headache for a weak. 😭 When I went back the next time and told her what happened, she used that first and was able to actually get my muscles to relax! I bought my own and every time I get a headache I just lay on it for a few minutes and it's pretty much gone!I have a lot of anxiety sourced muscle tension though, so I'm definitely not saying that it will fix every headache out there. But if something is locked up and causing pain, this thing is such a huge help!!Side note, if you're into Wim Hof breathing exercises, you gotta try that lying down with this thing under your neck! It's a whole new level of relaxation!

I like the fact that you can get this product easily positioned anywhere on your body so that it can massage away the pain and discomfort being experienced. It is POWERFUL! Place it on a desktop, turn it on, and it will bounce its way off the table. Place it on your body, and it will relax your muscles and soothe your aches and pains. Very good purchase...I actually bought two: one for work and one for home.

I used to do massages for a living. I like this trigger point massager because it’s a little soft , plus’s it is small enough to that it goes into places that are hard to get with other massaging tools. There are a lot of different positions I can use to work a lot of my body! There are u tube video’s so you can see how to use it I like I can sit in my couch and put it behind my shoulder and watch TV while I get a massage! It has a great design to, it makes a circular motion so it does stink trigger point good!
