Q: Do these bend at all or are they ridged and will crack if bent

These are not a brittle or ridged plastic that eliminates bend. They do bend slightly but not to any great degree. They are made for flat surfaces. Just an example, if I put one of the smaller circles against a large mug, it simply won't work, it is not flexible enough and if I forced it, it would be a real sturggle and I fear it would snap. Hopefully that is helpful enough.

Q: I need 2-1/2” and 3-1/2” templates. How do you tell what size these are?

The numbers are in cm or in Chinese. But the biggest template is I guess 2 inches. Shipping is really slow also since it is coming from a foreign country

Q: Is this CA Prop 65 compliant, including no phthalates?

If being CA prop 65 compliant is a high priority of yours. I’d stay away from any of these cheap plastic items, that aren’t clearly made in the USA. Without that you’ll have next to no chance knowing the chemical make up of the product especially if it comes out of China or a like country. I’m not saying they’re not safe but if you have an allergy to anything on that prop 65 list don’t take your chance
