Gloss finish but waterproof
Used this on mdf baseboard that had a satin finish. Basically dried to a gloss finish but so far seems waterproof. Easy to apply. Little goes a long way.

Fairly small can for the price
Has been on my outdoor table for 2 weeks near the coast and seems to be protecting the MDF quite well. Can is not a gallon or even a pint - more like a half pint - enough to do a table top but would not come close to even covering a single 4x8 board.
