The Bookcase was exactly as described and a very welcome addition to our home. It is well constructed and the paint finish is excellent. The packaging was also very robust, which is just as well ...When ordering the bookcase we understood that an email would be sent ahead of delivery to agree a suitable day for delivery.However, the only email we received from XDP was to tell us when they were going to deliver - at a time when we were going to be out.The bookcase manufacturer responded quickly and tried hard to rearrange the delivery a couple of days later. But, XDP delivery company went its own way and dumped the bookcase over our locked gates where it lay flat on the ground until we returned.On balance, I scored 5* for the product as I would recommend their products based on what we received - a review of XDP would score 1 star.

Arrived broken not put together well back put on with staples disappointed

No mention of having to fix to wall as the bookcase is dangerous if not fastened back with brackets provided. Generally a flimsy back and not aware made in Vietnam! Should be advisedfixing required. Otherwise not safe to use particularly where there may be small children using the bookcase.

I wish I had read the reviews on this book case before I wasted my money :-(It is cheap wood and not oak at all- I knew something was wrong when the delivery man walked up the drive carrying it on his own and a 'Made in Vietnam' stamp on the box.The shelf at the top is hollow which is not advertised.It looks nice from a distance but it is not worth the money at all.

I was searching for the right bookshelf for my DVD's but was unsuccessful so I checked here and found this one. It's the perfect size, colour and dimensions. Fits lovely in the corner of my lounge. I had to speak to Roseland furniture who were absolutely brilliant. They are a fab friendly team and exceptional. I need another one and will certainly be buyung it soon.

Nice and sturdy ..bit narrower than I expected .....but still a good bookcase.....

The top looks awful, I thought it was on upside down, messaged the company and they advised this is how it comes. Wood is cheap and didn't seem good quality. Returned it.
