I have owned a 2010 Suzuki Kizashi for several years and continue with all the regular maintenance. I have found that many items on my car won't work with regular tools, sockets, etc. I attempted to change the spark plugs and sure enough my socket was too wide to complete the project. I found a Suzuki Specific socket for around $50 and after looking for a short time I found these sockets and the 16mm worked. It was snug on the plug and easily removed the plug when completely spun out. It took roughly 4 days to arrive at my address but with the Pandemic delaying deliveries I was not disappointed. This socket set saved me a good bit of money and worked very well. I would buy again.

The 16mm socket was perfect for removing 2002 Honda CR-V spark plugs. The thin wall construction was needed due to the CR-V head design and the tubes in the valve cover.The fingers in the socket held the plugs as expected. There were no problems with the socket.The socket was sturdy enough to torque the new plugs. This is not surprising since the torque is only 13 ft-lbs. But it is worth mentioning because of the thin wall construction.

It's a socket what is there to say? It didn't break or crack when I used it but I wouldn't use any thin wall socket with an impact driver. You should only buy it if your car brand requires it. Mine did, a Mini Cooper. It worked fine. I don't plan on using it on regular duty, so it should last a life time. But it beats me why the manufacturers can't make the spark plug holes a little bigger so a regular thickness socket would work.

I bought these mostly for the 16mm as my standard 5/8 sparkplug sockets don't fit in the water jacket of one of my ATVs. It uses a different plug retainer instead of the usual rubber plug so it won't fall out. I also used these on the plugs of a 2014 honda odyssey and the 16mm worked amazingly well. The fingers inside held the plugs with the right amount of tension and the socket never once came off the extensions but accident.

4 stars given because the socket occasionally sticks to the plugs. Not a bad thing when coming out. Can be annoying when going back in. Make sure you have some long skinny needle nose pliers to pull it back off the plug.
