Great consistency, dissolved easily and doesn’t have a powdery texture. Really can’t taste it mixed in with other oath protein powder. Totally worth the cost, easy to use and didn’t make me feel poorly!

There is no taste or gritty texture. I do feel energized when I remember to take it!

I’ll start by noting my surprise that this is actually unflavored and doesn’t have that strange taste that usually accompanies unflavored powders. It is tasteless, odorless, and colorless. I tested how well it dissolves using a cup and a spoon since it’s easy to blend anything in a blender, and it did pretty well. I still had some undissolved powder in my cup, and the texture is smooth so it wasn’t intolerable. Given the size of this container in comparison to the size of the (included) scoop, I’ve found this a good value for the money. Also, knowing that it dissolves well in water, it’ll do well in juices, smoothies, and shakes that require a blender.

I wanted to wait until I used the whole bottle of creatine to give an honest and accurate review. I have been taking creatine for 30 years. I have had some very expensive premium stuff and basic cheap stuff. This interation is good and works as it should. I got the same pumps during my workouts as other powders and gummies. What I do like about these is they mix easily in water. Due to it's non flavor taste, I like to mix it in periodically with juices as well . This size gave me a perfect 2 month supply and I feel like it excelled at or at least did what it was supposed to do and that was help me with my fitness goals along with my daily excersize and diet.

Not only is this product economical, but it mixes easily and dissolves completely and has no taste. It's one of those perfect supplements to add to your protein, especially if you're like me and have a fave flavor that you don't want to mess up by adding something flavored.

I use creatine powder iny protein shake after every workout. I typically have used the ON brand micronized. This product is basically identical in many ways except it is significantly more soluble, dissolves quicker and more completely in a shaker bottle with 2% milk and a scoop of protein powder. There is no weird smells or taste. The clean white powder appears slightly more hygroscopic, so make sure the lid is sealed tight. Only been using for a week, but so far I like it enough to consider making this my main in the future. Highly recommend.

As for me, I often do only 30 - 45 minutes exercises a time, so I consume less than the recommended amount. I don't have any stomach upset when I use it because I use 2/3 recommended dosage. It has unflavored, so I sometimes mix with less sugary apple juice or most of the time I mix with cold water.After a full working day plus commute, I often get tired, so this Creatine Monohydrate really helps me to do my routine workout effectively. Without it my workout tends to go slowly and drag on longer. I always use it 15 minutes before my workout. Since I workout only 5 days a week, this bottle size will last me up to almost 3 month. Its effectiveness and large amount of serving is excellent choice for people who do workout 5 days a week and during evenings like me.
