These are recommended for back pain sufferers and I find them really useful at home and in the car (this one is actually a little large for the front seat of my car, but ideal for my chair in the living room.)

After only one week I am already benefiting from the clever design of my wedge cushion.I think it's the best design, being wedge shaped, as it blends in with the car seat, and there is no sudden drop in height for one's legs.

Well made I bought this to use in my car, it is a little wide for my car seat but it still helps with sciatica and gets the hips above the knees for driving.

Nice car seat cushion well designed nonslip with duel layer material. Only problem for user the cushion could do with being thicker, it stays well on the seat. Arrived on time.

The cushion does feel as if it would do what it's designed to do (sat briefly on it in the car) however it was delivered mouldy. The cushion was vacum sealed in thick air tight cellophane so can only assume that the foam was damp at the point of packaging. I am re-ordering but if the replacement is from the same batch it's probable to replacement will also be mouldy.I will update my review once I have relieved a replacement that is fit for purpose that I have been able to test.

I bought this cushion to help relieve the aches and pains I've been feeling during long car journeys and it’s exactly what I needed. The wedge supports my hips and the memory foam seems to provide just the right amount of cushioning for me. I no longer feel stiff and achy when I get out the car. I also like the mesh design which feels cool and comfortable in this hot weather. Would definitely recommend.

Bought this after doing my back in. After 4 weeks since the incident, I was always worse once I'd been driving my car. This wedge really helps absorb the bumps in my car and lessens the agitation on the back. Recommended.

great quality and very good if you have any sort of hip issues or sciatica. good if you like to be a bit higher up in a seat and perfect for seats which dip to the back
