Overall, this tourniquet is great to have as a back up safety measure, thought I don’t think the actual windlass rod would hold up after repeated use, as it it made of a slightly flexible plastic that feels like it might snap. However, if you need a tourniquet enough times to snap the rod, you might be doing something wrong… Also, the shears are flimsy, but I didn’t order it for the shears. Over all, I’d give this product a 4/5 stars because it feels solid enough to save someone’s life, but I wouldn’t recommend it for repeated use.

The belt pouch itself is good, the trauma shears are ok, the TQ is not a NAR Cat TQ show only good as a trainer (until it breaks). Was purchased for a young man who just got his EMT Certification to use on his duty belt, we purchased a NAR Cat TQ for real life saving purposes.

Perfect fit for my tac vest ,I really appreciate the fact that I have the ability to carry both tourniquet and sheers.

Practical and inexpensive. Seeems that it will perform as expected when the time comes.

I needed to replace some of my duty gear and figured for the price this would be a quick fix to the issue. I did not expect it to come with bandage shears or a tourniquet so full stars for that

I recently order this product for my first responder bag. I used once in training and it worked really well. Now I no longer carry it in my bag, I carry it on my duty belt. I literally will trust my life to this product. Can not beat the value.
