Q: Can fans be mounted in the 5.25 bays?

Yes, there are two add-ons for RM41-506 that will allow you to install fans into the 5.25" drive bays. One is called G11910160-RT, which gives you mounting for a 120mm fan: https://www.silverstonetek.com/en/product/info/server-nas/G11910160-RT/ The other is called G11909510-RT, which gives you four 3.5" drive bays and one 2.5" drive bays plus 80mm fan mounting holes in place of the case's original three 5.25" drive bays: https://www.silverstonetek.com/en/product/info/server-nas/G11909510-RT/

Q: Does this come with the rack ears?

Yes, the rack ears are included as shown in the photos.

Q: Is the case supposed to include motherboard standoffs?

Yes, if your case does not include them, please contact our US office directly at the following email address with a copy of your invoice and let them know you are missing the standoffs: usasupport@silverstonetek.com

Q: Will this fit a full atx motherboard?

This case can fit motherboard form factor up to SSI-CEB (12" x 10.5"), which is slightly bigger than standard full ATX motherboard (12" x 9.6"). To be sure, you should double check the dimension of the motherboard you plan on using either with your own measurements or on motherboard manufacturer's website.
