I’m including the item name to make any future review hijacking more obvious.The main draw of this set of home PT exercise equipment is that you receive several different items and a bag to keep them organized for less than what you’d have paid for those items separately. Given that you really could save a bit of money by buying those items together, I’ll agree that this bundle has a purpose for existing and will be a good purchase for some people.The resistance band is just an utterly ordinary rubber band that isn’t made of the same type of material as the other resistance bands I have. And the foam roller sacrificed too much length in the name of portability. But I like the other items well enough.As of the time of review in early November 2024, this bundle is somewhat over $35. This strikes me as just a bit too high even considering that it’s a bundle, so I’ve adjusted my rating accordingly. I hope it’s dropped a bit by the time you’re reading this.

A little flimsy for my weight probably ok for someone 180 lbs or less.

The large rollers typically have a little bit of give to them.. this one really emphasizes the “deep” massage with no give at all.

I bought as a gift, for my daughter, was very impressed with the package. There was so much more than expected! Outstanding quality, used it on myself ….very satisfied with results. I would buy again, highly recommend.
