Got 30ltr B&D OTG during cashback offer period. Ordered item was delivered in perfectly good condition. I contact seller to arrange for free demo, but seller( K Shopee) lied that for this simple item, no demo will be provided. After that, when i contact B&D Cust. Support for same, they arranged free demo in two days. We tested all features of the OTG and everything is worked fine. Prepared few dishes and all were came nicely. No issues so for and hopefully, otg will work for long time.. Hoping for best.

Black + Decker:--It is a US brand--Manufactured in CHINA.--India specific design (220 volts)--It comes with convection fan--Crystal clear view with Bright yellow light.--I like the look and the build quality is definitely better than Havells/morphy richards.--Except timer knob all other knobs feel good.--OTG door is nice and intact.Loads of reviews available for US oven modelsCommon Issues:1. Shattered glass (US models), lot of shattered glass cases in USA.The Indian model comes with DOUBLE tempered glass, hope that resolves this issue.2. Faulty timer functionality (US models): On this model, setting timer does not feel right. You need to turn knob all the way to 60 min and then back to your desire temperature. It does not feel smooth transition.3. Surprisingly black + decker Indian website does not even show these models,4. Expect zero customer care supportSELLER lied about this model having crumb tray, in fact it does not.Also there is no Baking rack. It’s misleading in the description, thought we get two. Barbecue tray backs up for baking rack now.Performance:1. Baked chocolate cake: Came out really well. 45 min baking at 170 degree Celsius (middle rack)2. Grilled 1.5 kg chicken: Perfect. 70 min grilling at 230 degree Celsius3. Egg puffs: Flopped, maybe my dough preparation was not correct. 40 min baking at middle/top rack 220 degree Celsius4. Coconut cookies: Perfect, 30 min top rack at 180 degree CelsiusI did notice that it takes more time than mentioned in the recipe. And convection did not speed up things. The reason: I spent way too much time on researching a suitable OTG for my requirement,What size ?40 litres--If you plan to use multiple trays in a single go--Rack up two pizzas--Or bake large cakes, then you need 40 litres--Heating large volume means high power (all models this size come with a power output of 2000 W)30/28 Litres--With couple of tooth picks here and there, we can easily grill 1.5 kg bird--We can also fit two baking racks here but spacing won’t be large, and definitely no 2 pizza’s on this one--Usually wattage is around 1500-1600,--Correct size for me18 Litres and below--No rotisserie, so it does not make my cut.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------Morphy Richards OTG,It is widely popular brand, not just on Amazon, but on YouTube/Food channels, i.e. it’s a de-facto OTG for most Indian baker enthusiasts.So my first consideration the modest 28 L Morphy Richards SS,Look wise not that appealing but it seems to have everything I wanted,--motorized rotisserie,--1600 watt,--crumb tray and--stainless steel body--and the size is just right for me--No convection fan (I was fine with it)But wait, did you check the quantum of BAD reviews it accumulated, issues ranged from--Defective Products being sold--Way too much Heat leak from the door; Too much time to bake--Temperature control is too erratic, and finally--Arrogant customer care unitSimply the current rating (2.7/5) with 296 reviews, a NO GO for me,Note 1: The new besta model seems to have better build quality and I personally like the look. It comes only in 40, 18, 52 litres. I do not use microwave for its known effects on health. This OTG is very convenient. Warms up the food, great for roasting nuts etc, baking cakes or even the occasional grilling I like to do!

Useless product. Light stopped working in one month and rusted badly within three months. I have an older microwave too, which looks absolutely new, not a trace of rust from IFB. But this product(sparingly used) looks so old due to rusted body. Don't buy this crap. Earlier I had usha lexus OTG, which worked nicely for 15 years. We thought being company, it should be better but this is Chinese crap.

After unsuccessfully trying many OTGs I finally decided to buy this and have been very satisfied. This is the only OTG that has a light inside so that is definetely a plus. The quality is good and works perfectly. I highly recommend this product.

Delivered without any damage. Light weight. Easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone who is planning to buy an OTG.Note: No crumb tray under the heating rod.

Good product but front glass door and Top heats up too much. Can be used with care. No crumb tray for waste collection. Handle is only for tray and not for grill rack. Max temperature is 230 not 250. It takes a bit more time to grill non-veg. Approx 45 mins including 10 mins pre heating. Conventional fan helps to distribute heat in this compact oven

Condition:-I got the product in good condition with some small dents not easily visible.The packing was good I think the dents are before transportationPackaging:-Packaging was good and very intact.even it's very difficult to open the package.First Look:-The product is looking new and untouched and outer body made of stainless steel is giving good feel as per it's name. Control buttons are simple and attractive and looking durable. I found one nonstick baking tray ,a grill tray and some items for grilling purpose and some items for handling trays.Here one thing is to be mentioned that company/seller giving misleading information about crumb tray. crumb tray is not there. I request the company/seller, could they, please provide me the crumb tray with or without cost.Operation:-Working good ,easy operation, no confusion.This OTG gives option of selection of elements like upper element, below element or both elements.I can select between convection and rottisire or both at a time.A classic timer working well.After sale service:-It's difficult to say about it right now but I have read many times in reviews that servicing is not good. Let's see what happens, I am happy to get my favourite brand it's enough for me.I will revise once again my review after using it some more time. In short I am satisfied with the productOn 12th july I used it ,like baking pizzas, garlic bread and chocolate cake. I am very happy with baking all recipes were perfect and nice. The cake was with correct moisture not more not less.This OTG can be purchased without hesitation if you ignore crumb tray.
