Buy them!
These chews taste great. I would class them as good value for money. My child started taking them 3 months ago now and I have definitely seen an improvement in sleep- I got these as a last resort based on other reviews after constant wake ups and I’m really pleased with the results- wake ups are now occasional whereas they were multiple times a night.

Tasty
We’re currently trying these chewy magnesium tablets to help support my son with his ADHD symptoms. So far, he really likes them – they taste great and the cute bear shape makes them fun and easy for him to take. I bought these after reading the reviews to see if it would help my children to sleep, they have been taking them for about a month and I think my oldest is abit calmer after taking one she suffers from restless legs and moves around a lot in the evenings. They say they taste nice and have no problems taking them and for the price you get a lot. I will buy again.
