The media could not be loaded. Update: after ordering a new replacement chime, I received one in perfect condition. It is absolutely beautiful and sounds amazing. I would highly recommend this wind chime.I absolutely love this wind chime. I love the way it sounds and I love the way It looks. It is absolutely beautiful. Please do not let this stop you from ordering this wind chime. It is an amazing work of art. The quality is great! However, it does not hang horizontal. I am hoping it is just mine, so I am sending it back and replacing it with another one with fingers crossed that the new one is tied off correctly. Let me clarify, where the chime ropes attach the chimes to the top, two of the knots are about and 1/8 An inch off, causing one side to hang at a different level from the very top. I’ve tried several ways to adjust it without any success. So it looks like the ropes that carry the chimes are just not tied properly. I did try and reach out via email to the company without any response so that was frustrating. I thought maybe there was something I could do to fix it myself. I also tried to call the number that was provided and it was constantly busy 24 hours a day seven days a week. The customer service and the way the chimes were put together is what is giving this a three star rating. If these would have hung evenly/true horizontal across the top. These would’ve easily gotten a five star rating. The quality is amazing.

I have a lot of smaller wind chimes but this one is the best. I love the deep sound. even my husband commented on the nice sound and beautiful design and normally wouldn't notice something like this.

It is large and makes beautiful tone. It is well made and worth every penny. I love the black color. It looks so pretty.

These wind Chimes are very pretty and they sound so beautiful. I love to hear them on a windy day! Easy to hang up, will be getting more when these get old

This wind chime is great quality. Is very heavy duty. Hanging is easy. It's very attractive and a great addition to my collection. It has wonderful sound. It's bigger than I thought it would be. Love sitting outside and just listening to the soothing chimes. Good deal for this high quality wind chime!

These Wind Chimes got my attention! I underestimated their size, but upon arrival, I was struck by their grandeur - 48 inches is indeed 4 feet of majestic chimes! Despite my initial surprise, I've grown to love their substantial presence and rich, deep tones.The quality is exceptional, with six heavy chimes that produce a strong yet subtle sound. The bronze finish adds a touch of elegance, making them a beautiful addition to my porch. They hang gracefully, creating a soothing melody that's both calming and uplifting.

Really love the tone of these. They're very soothing and melodic to listen to. It's a lot better than the high pitched tinkling sound you get with smaller wind chimes. I did kind of wish that I had opened and unpacked them outside, because they are rather loud in an enclosed space. But once we got them outside and hung them up the volume was perfect. Overall an awesome wind chime, very happy with it.
