Excellent machine. Easy to use. Do view the youtube videos to ensure you install everything properly. Reset the temperature and grind grade for Better results. Use medium dark roast whole beans, for best results. Amazon has mamy options. The machine looks pretty. The espresso shot is really delicious. The milk feels a little too foamy! Definitely recommend

Poor service and frequent problems
Have purchased this lattego two months back and ever since I bought this, constantly I am seeing issues of faultsDespite multiple times reaching Philips customer care, no improvement

Purely Chinese made
Philips is a recognised brand but not good in Coffee machine quality not upto the mark, it seems purely made in Chinese machine water container and Full body poor plastic made, highly recommended to check the physical machine before buying.
