What I like the paper is weather resistant and fits into the Rite in the Rain cover. The 3x5 table fits easily into most pockets.

This is pretty simple. Yes it’s water proof and you can write on it. I enjoy having these smaller note pads for my check list or for when I’m on the go. So if your searching for that this will be the perfect item for you.

My husband uses these when he’s taking medical calls they are water proof and work well in the field!!

I tested it as soon as I got it by writing on it with any standard pen you find, and held it under the sink faucet. The water formed beads, and slid off. Any remaining water could be wiped off.The quality is there and it's worth the "extra" cost.

I didn't buy these sooner because I felt these would be too similar to the dollar store notepads that I have used in the past, I also felt that the paper used in these would feel very plasticy and writing on them would be difficult. I couldn't have been more wrong.I used this notepad in conjunction with a Pilot G2 and had the following impressions:- The cover is a nice thick plastic, the inside includes conversions and useful references- The pages have what resembles a thin coating but it doesn't affect performance of the pen or the writing sensation- The pages tear cleanly and without fuss from the pad if needed but are sturdy enough to not get torn accidentallyI would definitely recommend that you pick up a pad if you're looking for something to quickly jot notes into and this is definitely the perfect size to include in a breast pocket.

During my time in the military, I’ve constantly used them. I have since stopped because I’m not living outside anymore lol. Recently bought them for a family member who is serving overseas. If you’re looking for a durable, but not cheap, notebook; then this is the one for you.

I like the wire coils on the Rite-in the rain note books and the quality of the paper. They are made in the United States and though I am not an American I worry about an over reliance on manufacturers from China so I try to support North American businesses when I can.

Lovely notepad, have used it under the rain while working and it hasn't failed me yet! I like that when it dries up after being wet, the papers don't crumple up like regular notepads. For information, I used Ball Point 0.7mm Pens while writing on it and they wrote perfectly, even under the rain. Love the quality, it's become a personal favourite, me and my work partner have one in our vests at all times! Definitely recommend!
