Strong bracket but badly packaged and sent
Item arrived quickly, within 4 days of order. The brackets seem strong, but they weren't packed well. Just 4 brackets loose within flimsy plastic packaging so they are chipped. Was expecting them in a packet and more securely packaged to protect them. Also each bracket only comes with 1 screw, whereas the ones I can buy in popular DIY stores comes with both screws.

Wrong Item Sent
A wrong item was sent and they will not admit it. The customer service are like tired record players just repeating their scripted replies and refuse to put you through to anyone else who may be able to sort out the problem. DO NOT USE THEM - you will probably regret it!
