I love that I can wear these while house cleaning. They are comfortable and don’t slip. I’ve worn them for a couple of weeks and think I might upgrade to for 3 lbs set.

These weights are pretty decent. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried them on for the first time and the fit my hands as well as they do. I'm a pretty big guy and have wide hands but the Thumb Loops don't interfere with me tightening the Wrist Strap... much. It is a tad snug, the stretch between the Thumb Loops and the Wrist Strap but it's not terrible. Fortunately they can be worn with or without utilizing the Thumb Loops so they will accommodate larger hands or even ankles for that matter.They are so soft and smooth it's ridiculous. Don't get me wrong, I like them but the softness and how thin the material is causes me to believe that they will split open from the wear and tear of friction from normal use a lot sooner than other brands I've owned.All in all these are a great little set of wrist/ankle weights and I would buy them again, as long as the price was still to my liking.

It took a minute to figure out how they went on. Use them for upper body strength building so can use my walker. Love the color.

This set of Fragraim Wrist Weights has many of the features of the last 5-Star set I reviewed; and it's heavier.But, I could tell from the first time I put them on that something wasn't right about them. They pinched my wrist crease; but I decided to wear them to back-to-back fitness classes at my local YMCA.We did jumping-jacks, jabs, simulated jump-rope; and other dynamic moves. I realized that the thumb holes were pulling at my thumbs; and took the thumbs out to finish the classes. (Minus 1-Star).When I went to readjust the fit on my wrists; I almost needed a 3rd hand to do up the last weight, (Minus 1-Star). That's when I realized the spacing on the strap was now so tight that it pinched my wrist. Any looser; it would fly off.What this told me was I needed a larger size; so I checked to see if I'd picked the wrong one. Nope, here is the exact wording from the description; "The wrap style of these wrist weights for tremors allows you to adjust them with ease, so you don’t have to worry about picking out the proper size." So, it wasn't my mistake; they really were too small for my hands.That said; they would be excellent for someone with smaller hands. I'd hoped these would be my next favorites; but I'll see if any of my friends could use them sometime in the next few months.

The wrist weights are much better for me. It’s easier to raise and move my arms backwards and forwards.

I’ve been a runner for years and although my arms aren’t in horrible shape, I noticed with age they could use some firming up. Thought I’d try these little gadgets out. I’m using the 1 pound bands. I don’t like anything constricting so when I initially started my jog, I had it on a very loose setting. Halfway through, I tightened them up which made them weirdly more comfortable. I didn’t find my jog was more difficult than usual in 90° temperature. Hoping I see some results in a few weeks.

This product is covered in rust after one use in the pool. Do not waste your money.
