Instructions were a bit confusing but it works. I use it with a 10 inch HMI touchscreen with a 3D enclosure for portable use. The extra USB and 5V out are very hand for fan, audio amp, and other accessories.If I were to do it again, I would get the model with the battery tray next to the Pi instead of underneath.

It worked for a few days. Read the fine print on the wiki very very carefully before ordering. Worked as a power source with no batteries until the pi5 locked up and I had to hard reset with the power button. After that, the usb-c port will not function unless removed from the pi5- no power. I plugged the usb-c into the pi5 port (a no-no in the geekworm fine print) and was back up and running. Today I got the most popular green and black18650 flat top batteries on amazon and grabbed a 12v wall wart. Back to life... come to find out that in the expanded specifications on those green and black batteries they have circuit protection (another no-no per the wiki) now the 12v wall wart will not power anything and I have a $50 brick. Typically, the flat top batteries do not have circuit protection so I never considered it. Lastly, those two extra USB ports it gives you are power only, no data link to the pi.

Okay I ordered this and the x1202-C1 and a NvME hat.The part was delayed and delayed. It is close to 2 months late. It made the project I had intended late and it is very confusing. There is the case, the hat, the pi, the UPS battery pack (this item), and a 12mm momentary switch. ALL are separate items that you have to check and check. I suggest trying other options. This should have been good, but the times and difficulty of everything with it have left a poor feeling for them.So far the product seems to work but evidently you have to be very careful not to put the power to the pi dricetly. It does say this on all the documentation, but in the field if someone comes and has to move it... this will be an issue to someone.

I was hoping for advice on the power supply. I have 2 transformers:1. 12 Volt 2.5 Amp. Jack doesn't fit. (V x A = 30 Watts)2. 18 Volt 2.23 Amp. connector seems to fit (V x A = 40.14 Watts)The manual recommends: 12 Volt >3 Amp (V x A = 36 Watts)I don't understand why they advertise 6 - 18 volts but recommend this.I don't really understand Watts and the relation between volts and amps. If my math is right, transformer #2 seems close enough to the recommended numbers to be fine, but IDK.If the jack fit I'd start with the smaller one, but breaking out the soldering iron and figuring out which wire is which is a lot of work just to be over cautious.any expert opinions?
