I have super sensitive skin that is prone to small breakouts. This helped me regulate that very well and reduced the amount of breakouts, the severity, and the acne healed more quickly when using this. It works really well with the ITK spot treatment to get rid of acne. Some people complain about the burning sensation in their eyes when they use it but they just need to close their eyes when they spray the mist. If you just close your eyes, spray it on your face, and let it sit for a minute then it will not burn and your skin will have a nice cooling sensation. If you have very sensitive eyes just wipe them before you open them.

I love this Blemish Mist. I've had pretty bad, constant "stress-induced" acne for the past year...I blame Grad school. I recently switched to using the Blemish Mist and Spot Acne Treatment from ITK and I love them both. I use the mist every night and the spot treatment to target specific spots. They work great together it knock out blemishes in a day or two.I'm still breaking out, but it has reduced a lot, and it is definitely more surface-level spots versus the more cystic acne I was dealing with before. For only using it for a couple weeks, I am very happy with the results!Fair warning, the first time I used it, the peppermint oil was very strong and there was a tingling feeling for a solid 5-10 minutes afterwards. Now, I cover my eyes with my hand and curl my lips so that it doesn't tingle or irritate those areas. (My acne is mainly on my chin and lower cheeks, so this targets the areas I need.

I have been using it for quite some time and I have really liked it. It has helped me with back acne, it has gotten better. It leaves my skin feeling fresh, I love the smell of mint it has, and that it does not have any synthetic fragrances. It is not sticky at all and the skin feels soft. It definitely takes time but it works. I have not notice any dryness from it.

The more breakout you have, the more it “burns”. You can feel it hit your problem areas for sure!I’ve been spraying it on at nighttime, after cleansing, and then applying a moisturizer (noncomedogenic)In my experience I’ve found that taking a q-tip to apply this product directly to the spot, works fantastic!You really can tell a difference in your spots the next day. Size and color less noticeable, and I swear it’s even made them completely disappear a few times.I could imagine it’s a few times a week kindof thing, I could see it drying your skin out if used everyday.Love this stuff!

I have purchased this so many times I love it mostly for my back ache it works wonders. It does have a minty smell if you’re not a fan if that you wouldn’t like it but it’s very refreshing !!!

This amazing spray has completely healed my acne. Whenever my face was absolutely covered with acne, I would spray my whole face. But whenever my skin began to clear up I used a qtip for specific areas. I love this product. I showed a before and an after below. The picture of me in the white top is the after. (However, from the amazing difference it should be obvious)

I was really looking forward to trying this product since it is a brand founded by influencers that I love. Unfortunately this product did not work the way I wanted it to. It BURNS when you spray it on. It is not a good burn either. I also experienced a rash/bumps all over my face within 2 times of using it. I am not sure if it’s some kind of reaction but I am unable to use it anymore. Very disappointed in this product. I do love the packaging. Super cute
