Plantar Fasciitis Sock (6 Pairs) for Men and Women, Compression Foot Sleeves with Arch and Ankle Support (Black, Gray, White, Large)

Q: What are the sizes? I'm women's 8. What size should I buy?

I am 8 to 8.5, my feet were right on the line between M and L, so I bought a pair of the M (figuring I needed them to be tight). I figured right and these have been a lot of help and they fit in most shoes. However, perhaps due to my high arches, I cannot sleep in them but must take off at the end of the day even for comfortable relaxing in the recliner. Therefore, measure your foot, and if near the limits for size, (1) if you need compression, size down, but (2) if you need to sleep in them, size up. BTW, It is running well and will buy again. LOL

Q: What about plain skin color?

They only come in the colors that you see advertised. My 6 pack are all the same coIor, black with gray strips in the ribbed areas. I wear my Plantar Fasciitis socks under my ankle socks, you can't see the Plantar Fasciitis socks that way. I wear my ankle socks because my toes get cold in my shoes. Hope that answers your question for you.

Q: How much support to ankles? Pretty snug?

These socks give a great deal of support to the ankle. I bought them for diabetic neuropathy, but I sprained my ankle in Oct. The socks reduced the swelling and gave my ankle the additional support it needed during recovery. No other brace needed.
