I've done a lot research into this stuff. This particular brand with the high amino acid complex, added vit c and zinc is a winning combination! It's the best value one I've found so far as well. It also mixes into my coffee v well. Highly recommend!

Seen results and ideal for menopause.
I am menopausal woman so taking this for skin, hair, joints and other benefits. I’ve been taking for a few weeks now and definitely see some changes. My downs feel more best and supple, skin is looking good and nails have grown. I also feel good in myself and I think this will be regular addition to my other supplements. Taste wise I could taste in coffee , but I pop a vitamin c in with mine and it’s fine could also take with some squash.

Excellent! Price good.
I have always used the mire expensive competitor brand thinking as the price is higher it would be good. However, I bought this recently and noticed a huge visible change in my skin tone and elasticity. Highly recommended. There is a taste difference but was palatable and after the 2nd time I never noticed any difference in taste. It mixes well with my morning black coffee and I believe the quality is good.

Great to add to tea or coffee
I add this to my morning tea. Tasteless, dissolves easily, can’t say I’ve noticed any difference in my skin hair, or nails but I also wouldn’t not use it because I do lack being able to consume the amount of protein I should.

Good price, high dosage but beware
These gummies are soft, tasty and pack a high concentration of collogen for the reasonable price.Just beware that some people (as I found out) can suffer side affects such as dizzy spells and low blood pressure.Once I went down to just one a day, the problem stopped. For me, I was on another brand taking 2 gummies which equalled 800mg and just one of these is 1000mg so I have increased my intake snd the pot lasts me two months at half the price so a win win.Not sure if working as not seen massive results on wrinkles, hair loss or tightening of loose skin through weight loss but time will tell.
