My favorite garlic chili oil was discontinued and I have been searching for a bit for a replacement that is either as good or better than the one I had been buying (Mike's Hot Oil brand, the cunchy garlic chili one). After trying 5 or so top rated ones, this one will definitely be my new go to! Not only is there a good amount of garlic, there's decent spice and flavor to where you don't purely taste oil or fillers like other companies do. I traditionally make a dipping sauce with this chili oil, some white sugar, rice vinegar and soy sauce, and it seems to be excellent quality chili oil! What I also like about it is there's a great oil to chili crisp level, where some brands just fill up on oil and less chili crisp, this one seems to have a great balance. Since my favorite brand seems to be no more, I will not be buying else besides this going forward!

I love this stuff but they usually send the GLASS jars in an envelope and this is the second time that I received bottles broken. This tea doesn’t make sense because I often receive packages of stuff that can’t break but is in a box with all sorts of bubble wrap.Amazon obviously has more important things like factoring in how much our President’s tariffs are costing. Mind your own business and just sell your Chinese crap.

I’ve tried a lot of chili crisps — store-bought, homemade, you name it — and this one punches way above its weight. The flavor is straight-up epic: crunchy, savory, slightly smoky, and dangerously easy to overuse if you’re not paying attention (which, if you’re anything like me, you’re not). Toss it on noodles, stir-fry, eggs, leftover pizza — whatever — and suddenly everything tastes like it belongs on a gourmet food truck menu.Yes, the soybean chunks are a little aggressive (more "surprise boulder" than "pleasant crunch") and it's a touch saltier than it needs to be, but honestly? Those quirks just fuel the experience. It’s the kind of condiment that hijacks your brain in the best ADHD way: one spoonful becomes two, two become five, and next thing you know you're debating whether it’s socially acceptable to eat this stuff straight. Spoiler: it is. Highly recommend, but be warned — you will form an emotional attachment.

This stuff is awesome. Once you start using it, you think of other things to put it on. I have used it in my stir fry, on my ramen noodles in my Pho. I think it would be great on Cheerios!

I absolutely love this chili crisp. After seeing the tick tock trend of heavy cream eggs and chili oil, I have been obsessed. This brand is absolutely delicious. I tried another local brand and it had no flavor compared to this one.
