Really good butchery knife
Bought this to butcher a whole venison and it definitely stood up to the job!Lovely and sharp, nice size and shape to hold. Would definitely recommend this!

Like any serious cook, I don't care if this is not the same "brand" as my other knives; I simply buy the best knife for the job and I needed a good boning knife.Word of warning: this is an incredibly sharp knife!My only (tiny) gripe is I would have liked a fraction more play in the tip, but I'm being pedantic; for fish you may want a different knife but I suspect that would then have too much play for beef or lamb..
