The package has been opened, and the product has been taken out to prepare for setup, but the setup failed. I don’t know if there is a problem with the product or the setup is too troublesome. The product has not been used and needs to be returned.

I saw these advertised on social media but refused to purchase from them. I went through Amazon.com and ordered these headphone translators. I received them 4 days early!!!!The directions are easy to follow, the app is easy to follow. Connectivity was a breeze. The sound quality is good however the fit is a bit tricky (I have large ears). This device functions as it says it does and the quality of the product is great.Once connected, choose what language you want translated to whatever language you choose, hold the phone while you or someone speaks and watch the words pop up on your phone screen. Click the translation to read and HEAR the translation in the language you chose. That simple.If you want this to work simultaneously (translate while listening, it does not work that way. The translated words need to end before translation can be completed and read back). Otherwise, this is a great value for the money and on the go!!!

Hard to use

They are working but not to watch a movie only to follow conversations . I have a little work when I placed on my ears .

I bought these translation headphones out of curiosity, and they've exceeded all my expectations. They're comfortable, have a modern design, and the battery lasts quite a long time. The best part is the real-time translation feature: I've been able to have fluid conversations with people who speak other languages, and the translation accuracy is quite good.

Translator only works with the translated software that Google offers. You don't actually here to people being translated through the airpus, unless you have your phone. So the earplugs don't translate what they hear, it's only translated through the phone

1) The product does not fit into ears effectively and therefore is difficult to use2) You must download an app to use the ear buds. And use your phone to allow someone to speak and then the ear buds translate.The use of the phrase “translates in real time” is misleading, because I have to click the phone every-time someone begins to speak. I’m disappointed because I thought I was going to be able to communicate with family that does not speak the same language as me.I was under the impression the earphone would hear what someone says and speak it into my ear without need for me to fiddle with an app in real-time. This is not the case.I do not see the use for these ear buds because Google translate is free and can be used both on the phone speaker or with earbuds and functions in a similar manner.The only difference would be if you want to pay $10 an hour you can use the earbuds for phone calls. So if you need it for business and are using company money for phone calls and add that fee onto the company bill, maybe it’ll be useful. But it is not everyday/casual friendly.
