Leaves come dried and vacuum packed. Easy to brew and a good flavor. I believe to be a good quality. Shipping took a little longer but I don't think it came from Amazon. I read the Mango leaf tea has very good health benefits including controlling blood sugar.

A "Crunchy " friend told me to try Mullein tea.Not only did the tea help me breathe, but it has a pleasant earthy flavour.They also enclosed a small pair of tongs to grab the tea bags. I love this hibiscus infusion. Excellent quality and economic value. I only drink hibiscus for the taste since I love tart food and drink and not for any perceived health benefits.
