Q: What are we differentiating between when we contrast the battery life with and without the case?

The battery with the case has 30 hours of total playback. The battery without the case has 10 hours of total playback. Thank you!

Q: Could this earbuds connect two phones?

In looking at the manual they do not show that and I’m not sure how you would connect two phones at the same time. I am sure you could use it on two different phones at different times.

Q: Can I use them with my hearing aids?

I guess so because it doesn’t go inside of your ears, it sits on the outside

Charging Case Breaks

While the sound and connection are somewhat easy and the headphones function as expected, the case leaves A LOT to be desired. I'm on my second case, which I had to return my old pair to get a replacement as noted in another review. The prongs within the case get stuck in a down position that disables the charging capabilities. I have to scratch at the prongs to get them to spring back up and function properly. I know sooner, rather than later, this will ultimately result in these no longer working. I'm sure a better product is out there.
