Plant wid wilted leaves, not fresh
Ordered a Jade plant...... the plant was half dead...... and not really fresh. When opened the packet, the leaves were fallen. Very bad experience. Did not expect this from ugao

Plant care
I received a very healthy plant. But since last 4-5 days, the leaves are shading out. Im worried what is really happening to the plant.Photo attached. Please advise how to revive growth and save it.

The plant arrived in a very healthy condition very neatly and appropriately packed. It almost instantly accommodated to the new environment and is coming up nicely.Very Happy to have made this purchase.The cost is very much worth for the superb packing and prompt and safe delivery.

Not satisfied with the size of plant as mentioned in description.
Plant is barely 3inches height, but they have mentioned it as 9 inches, coming to the width they mentioned it could be around 5 to 7 inches which is also wrong, and it is around 3 inch width.Quality of the plant pot and packing is good but not satisfied with what size they mentioned.That is were people like me fell to their marketing trap.For reference I compared with my 6inch phone where the pot itself 4inches and rest is plant size.
