1099 MISC Forms 4-Part 2022 Laser Tax Forms for 25 Vendors – Pack of Federal Copy A, Recipient Copy B, State/Payer Copy C & 1096 – Great for QuickBooks and Accounting Software

The package of IRS forms contained everything needed to provide 1099's for my service providers and for me to file my portion with the IRS. It should be noted these are "Year Specific"-- in other words they can only be used in the year in which you purchase them.

Very good, typical IRS approved forms. They lined up nicely with my accounting software and printed really well. Complete package with everything needed. The kit also includes a cover sheet with some useful information and instructions.

Great! It’s very clear. Works with my inkjet printer. Works for my filing needs. It’s important to know that these come 2 forms per sheet so you need only half the amount per order.

These forms are junk. While they meet the standards of the IRS, they do not come with carbon or carbonless features. This means you have to write the same thing over for different times for each contract labor. For the money, I was expecting the forms to come attached to one another with the ability to use carbon to copy these things after I take them once. I won't be buying these again

These forms worked perfectly printed from my HP LaserPro desktop printer. No jams or issues!

I'm sure if already know the ins and outs of 1099's, these forms will be fine for you. I reached a roadblock trying to figure out where copies 1 and 2 come from. The package only has forms A, B, and C. I could find to help trying to find an answer. So I gave up and went to a tax service to have my 1099's filed.
