I was apprehensive when I ordered this oil for cooking bec it’s almost double the price of others. But was extremely pleased by its quality. Like my mother had taught, the indicator of a good quality mustard oil, is the intensity of smell on warming. The greater the smell in its vapours, the better it is. Preps came out tasty. I wanted to share this with everyone. I learned this and it has helped me keep my body lubricated. I have medical problems and staying hydrated is part of the problem as well. I am loving this Mustard oil. I bought this oil for the use as a topical oil. I use it for a carrier oil with my essential oils. My son recently had a fever blister for the first time. During the pandemic I did not want to run to the doctor for medical treatment and struggled for a home remedy. After some research I discovered that mustard oil has healing properties. I used it in combination with lemon and lavender oil on my son's blister. After one day I saw a huge improvement and with a week it was gone. I have recently used it on some acne related issues and had the same results. I am looking forward to discovering great uses for this oil, and are glad that I had found it to begin with.

The best mustard oil I've ever purchased!

I have 4B hair and am trying to stay away from chemicals. I used this after dying my hair with henna for the first time and it left my hair soft! I use it as a deep conditioner and I massage my scalp with it (dry scalp). It smells like mustard but I use other oils and butters so by the time I am done you can’t smell it. I love it and my hair loves it.
