The item arrived without the cloth or booklet, and the seller was unhelpful in resolving this. The product also has rough edges, and the "DOLCE & GABBANA" lettering looks like a sticker rather than properly applied lettering. They are cute and comfortable, so I am pretty upset.To make matters worse, just three days after my purchase, the item was listed $50 cheaper. The seller refused to honor the price difference. Overall, very poor customer service.
