Highly recommend for sugar lovers who are diabetic. The taste was pretty decent and I used it for frosting and for a glaze on one of my cakes. It was really easy to work with and tasty.

Absolutely delicious. I use a serving size in a 16oz coffee and it's perfectly sweet. Originally I tried doubling the serving size and it was too sweet. It looks exactly like real brown sugar down to the consistency and it's perfect. It comes in a resealable bag, so it's easy to use and store. I haven't had any stomach issues like I sometimes get from other artificial sweeteners. I haven't tried it plain, but it boosts my homemade coffee and has zero calories- you can't beat that! It's completely worth the money!

Used the confectioner’s (powdered) version to make low calorie, no added sugars puppy chow (aka muddy buddies) and it was SOOOO GOOD!!

I use this to make my keto style cheesecakes, no "gritty" texture when mixing and finished product is smooth and creamy.

Needing to cut calories and or sugar? Lectins? After watching all Dr Gundry’s videos I bought one of his books for a lectin free diet. He recommends this so my family tried it. totally doable. Granular in consistency like brown sugar. Maybe a little aftertaste but nothing that would make me not use it.

Use in all my baking tastes great and cuts down on sugar not taste
