I have been wearing alternative hair for yeeeeaars!! Mainly tape in extensions. I've always used the Walker brand of tape. The hold is amazing and my tape extensions adhere very well until I'm ready to reninstall.I've recently started using it for my lace hair topper. The hold on that is also incredible. I cut off the clips and put the tape around the topper. Peel off then put dirctly on my head. It adheres to the tape and does not budge if placed correctly. I'm able to wear the topper for about a week then I wash my hair and reinstall. The tape comes off very easilly with the Walker Lace Release spary. No mess. No gunk. No hair damage. The quality of this tape is very strong. Just be sure you don't touch the sticky part of the tape to avoid your skin oils touching it. That will wear away the adhesive on the tape and may not hold as well.

I will definitely be buying this again.

Highly recommend. I wear wigs 100% of the time and I have tried several products. Wig tape is a temp light-medium hold but in my opinion perfect for everyday use. I loved this product it’s so affordable and the amount you get will last forever. I was hesitant based on other reviews that it hard to remove the paper but that is not the case at all so I would say that is maybe a skill thing. I recommend adding directly to the area you want with the tape in smaller sections rubbing onto your lace the remove the backing when your ready to apply. I personally only apply 3 areas, ear tabs and top of four head I find that to be enough to keep my wig in place. Removal is super easy just roll it and no residue remaining in lace. Let the pictures speak for themselves you can see as I pull this tape has good grip sure if you fully yanked it would come off but if your in that type of situation you might want to consider a longer term tacking option like a glue.

The worse tape. This brand is actually good, I bought before the same brand, the same tape from EBay, and it used to work perfectly. But this tape from this Amazon seller, is making me redo all my work. It never happened before. Unbelievable

I used this for my tape ins (I know it’s not meant for that but I heard it worked well) and so far it has stayed in for 2 washes and held up really well. I tried three other tapes and none of them would stay for even one wash.

This tape is super sticky. But it is very difficult to separate the double stick tape from the covering. Not only does it have a light blue plastic covering, but also some sort of paper in between the blue plastic and the tape. When trying to peel off the protective strip, the blue plastic often separates from the paper! Then you have to try to peel the paper off the tape! Once it is separated, the tape holds pretty well. But it's a real SOB getting to that point

Taking the blue side off is very difficult because there is nowhere to peel easily without lifting the tape.
