Q: Will this help hay fever?

I bought this to releive my knee pain, which it did. As an added bonus I noticed how much my hayfever was reduced. A year on, and this year I think I've only needed to take hayfever tablets on 2 or 3 days, I used to take them daily. So yes, they do help with hay fever. I take 2 bromelain each morning on an empty stomach with a large glass of water. Brilliant product.

Q: Is this product gmo free? (does its vegetable capsule contain any gm ingredients?)

Both Bromelain material as well as capsule shells are certified gmo free.

Q: Hi are these soft capsules?

Not soft as in squidgy - like some capsules you can squeeze with your fingers. These are like the usual bullet shaped capsules with what seems like a plastic outer coating (I know it's not plastic - but you know what I mean!) They're easy to take and not too big to get down. I find the Health4All brand is always very reliable and their delivery time is excellent. Hope this helps.

All batches of this product contain exactly the same ingredient - 480mg of Bromelain 2500 gdu/g. Capsules shouldn't have any smell. However it's possible that a bit of bromelain powder wasn't completely removed during capsule polishing process, in which case there will be slight pineapple smell in the pack.

I’m not sure if they worked, but there was no issues with the product itself. It is worth mentioning that the dosage is 3 per day so it doesn’t last long at all! That makes it pretty overpriced compared to other alternatives on here.

Helped clear up my sinuses and inflammation in bowels

I had been looking for a bromelain supplement without additives for a while. This did a great job for me, but I took more than the recommended dose, based on kinesiological testing when and how often my body wanted it. Took for sinuses but helped with IBS too, of course does not make you exempt from cutting out the foods or other chemicals that caused the inflammation to start with.

Nice container.

I got this because I have peripheral neuropathy and it's supposed to help lymph flow. Nothing has changed, that's the thing about taking supplements, if you don't actually feel any different, how do you know it's working!
