Good variety of colours and textures
This set is well made, with a variety of textures and colours. The quality is good. The rubber pieces don't look cheaply made, and the yellow fluff fabric is very soft. There is a mixture of rubber discs with grooves, bumps, and lines. There are concentric circles on the back. The There is a terry-towling style light blue square, and a lighter blue square that has a scrunchy plastic bag inside that makes a noise when sequeezed. The orange disc is made of microfiber.In the pictures, I've placed all pieces together one way up, and then all flipped while remaining in the same position.These will be useful for playing with small children, who are developing their senses of touch, feel, and observation.There are no instructions about washing included, but they would probably survive a cycle or two in the washing machine.

Great pieces for sensory fun
These small sensory pieces are all sorts of textures, colors, and sizes. My toddlers find the pieces interesting but really gravitate toward the softer squares over the silicone. We've actually used the silicone pieces as coasters for our coffee mugs when not in use by the kids, and they work well - very multi-functional.

Good for my toddler nephew
These toys are excellent for young kids. My toddler nephew is still learning about his senses and the world around him. These matts are a great help. The mats appear to be of acceptable quality. Some of the circular mats could probably double as coasters for drinks.
