The machine is very good. It comes with a green cuff and green nylon zip up bag to safely store the equipment when not in use. The batteries are also supplied which is a great help.It's easy to set up and use, there is a printed guide on the cuff showing where you need to position the cuff. If the cuff is either too loose, too tight or in the wrong position, then an error message will appear on the screen.Set the time and date press the button and away you go.My niece is a paramedic. She tested the accuracy of this compared to her professional one.Her verdict? It's spot on, well made and she was surprised that it didn't cost a lot more.You can download and print off blood pressure record sheets from the Kinetik website. This is handy to keep a record to show your doctor.I recommend this. It's well made and proven accurate. The green accessories make it look very professional.

I found this reasonably easy to use and more accurate than the wrist style that I had previously. I am very happy with it.

This is a great little unit especially considering its cost, I bought this to replace a very disappointing much more expensive Omron unit and have not been disappointed. Probably the only negative is that it is A4 battery operated only there is no mains facility but the important thing is that it works every time and averages three readings with two memory slots that I use for separate morning and evening readings.

The description of the item states that it has an Irregular Heartbeat detection built in and yet if you read the manual on page 12 it clearly warns you that you MUST NOT use this monitor if you suffer from atrial or ventricular beats or atrial fibrillation (Irregular Heartbeat)So I have purchased this item under the assumption that it will do the job of giving me an accurate reading of my blood pressure when in fact it will not.Even the description from the Manufacturer is misleading as it states:- Irregular Heart Beat DetectionIncreased sensitivity means the Kinetik Advanced Blood Pressure Monitor will also detect any irregular heartbeat which might give a false reading and highlights the need for seeking medical advice. This conflicts with what the manufacturer has put in the User Manual.

I purchased this particular product as a replacement, as the name of manufacturer was in a list on the Britsh Hypertension Society website. I purchased it because the advertising said it picks up irregular heart beats. My wife, who is an ex nurse, used it straight away and she found it easy to use and similar to the one we had been using but more compact. It comes in a neat zip case. Readings were registered 10-20mm higher than expected but in view of some family stress assumed this was correct. However, BP was much lower on 2 occasions at the GP surgery. We started checking the readings with our old machine and found there was always a lower reading. It was only then that my wife read the leaflet and read:DO NOT USE THIS MONITOR IF YOU SUFFER FROM ATRIAL OR VENTRICULAR PREMATURE BEATS!I have ventricular bigeminy so buying this monitor was a waste of money. Just wished we had read the leaflet but my wife been taking pressures for years but this monitor records pressure differently. It will be a great little machine for BP monitoring for someone without a arrythmia.
