Returned. Perhaps suitable for those who'd like a "shortcut"/surmised version of The Real Thing.

Rubbish. Don’t bother to buy this.It’s like a pamphlet - and doesn’t give you the information needed.

Don't buy it! It is a total rip-off!!!

I bought this book off the back of hearing Steven Gundry on a Bulletproof Radio podcast, which was excellent. However, I listened to it and was sorely disappointed!Firstly the narrator has a very robotic voice, so much so that I suspect it was an auto-reader;Secondly, while the information is good and true to what Gundry has said on public record, what I didn't much like was the extreme nature of the summary. Far TOO much of a summary, which is a great shame, as Gundry's material is well researched and documented;But the real killer for me, and why I returned this for a refund, was the references to the Kindle version and the location therein! Well, that's like selling someone what you thought was a cake, but it's actually just the ingredients, and you have to refer tot he cooking instructions supplied elsewhere to actually make anything of value.Seriously, this is NOT worth buying or wasting a credit on. The interview with Dave Asprey has more, much more in it than this does - a nd that's free!
