Gihuo Men's Utility Vest Fishing Safari Vest Summer Travel Vest with Pockets

This vest fits my needs perfectly. I needed a very lightweight, but tough, vest with pockets to put my phone, wallet and keys as well as a small sweat towel when I go walking in the summer months. I don't like the feel of those heavy things swinging as I walk if I put them in the pockets of my sweat pants! My other vest is way too warm as it is a fleecy. This one has more than enough pockets for my needs and is very airy and light so I don't get overheated as I walk. I like it very much!

Exactly like it looks in the photos! Fits true to size, super light weight but still durable and well made. So many pockets and they are perfectly placed, the mesh pattern makes it super breathable and easy to wear over other clothing in case you want to use in the cooler months. And it looks great too!

Apparently there are versions of this vest. I think mine is V2. Despite the product page making a big deal about having 10 pockets, mine has 12. The two extra are large zipper pockets in the inside front. These are big enough for gloves, a hat, or sandwiches. Very nice. See photo.I bought mine for walking the dog in hot weather. It can easily store clean poopbags, used ones, treats, pepper spray, Kleenex, a phone, and more. Some of the pockets are tiny, some have zippers, some Velcro. Examine the product photos to see which are what.The first vest I received I returned for a replacement. The vest came with the front zipper zipped up. I could not get the zipper to zip down completely to separate the two sides. I pulled and tugged and wiggled the zipper but it would not come apart at the bottom. The second vest that I received had much the same problem. I pulled the vest on over my head (like a sweater) and was able to apply more downward pressure to get the zipper to unzip. It works oK now, although it feels a little rough. Others have had a similar problem. Note also that the zipper handle is on the left, the opposite of US garments.I am giving the vest 4 stars. 3 stars for the problem with the zipper and one more star because this seems to be all in all a good vest for its price point, and because Amazon replaced it promptly. I can't judge durability. I will comment if I have problems. AS others noted, the sizing is a trifle small,.

I ordered tan and black. Iv worn both for 3 weeks to hold keys wallet knives and my wife's stuff, it's been so hot I needed to carry items all day but not in my shorts and was tired of my fanny pack. Light and easy to wear often with a tank top sometimes justthe vest with no issues. It easier to get in and out of car with loaded vest than fanny back or sling bag.

Seems we women almost always lose out in the pockets department. Why? Well, I dunno. Maybe the manufacturers don't have enough material to go around? I'm 5'3", 160#. I ordered a mens' size X-Large, and it fits perfectly. Well-constructed, and did I mention POCKETS? You don't have to schlepp around with a bulky purse when you've got POCKETS. Easily accommodates cell phones, wallet, reading glasses, your quarter for the Aldi shopping carts, your car keys or fob, your cigs, and whatever-the-heck else you think you need because POCKETS!!! I have received compliments on my forward-thinking solution to the pockets problem. Also, I no longer wear bras because I HATE THEM (TMI?). The front patch pockets help to disguise this squicky fact from the general public. Go get one now.

I purchased it about 6 months ago & use it once a week on dog hikes. It works as a hoped, but one of the zipper pockets broke & I can’t find out how to contact the vendor. I like the design, but will replace it with vest from another supplier.

I bought this to be used as part of a costume for a Youtube character who is a professor out in the field. The vest was the piece that made it all come together. Fits well and it breaths nicely. It does not add much to your body heat, so it's good for hot environments. I'm sure it could tear easily, so you wont want to wear it anywhere it is in risk of getting snagged on a branch.

With this vest you can carry everything you need. Light, breathable, lots of pockets looks fine,
