Great product!

Had a few plastic versions of these tap convertors but found they all leaked a little out of the top. I thought I'd give this a go to solve the issue.Initially I thought it was worse. I'd tightened onto the tap no problem but water literally sprayed out of the top. To fix I used a small spanner to carefully tighten a little more and the problem is now gone. I'm uncertain if this is a problem with this item, or my tap but both are new.So it looks really smart and durable and solved my leaking tap issue when putting the sprinkler on. I do wish it would have gone on a little easier though

This is the second one we've purchased now as we accidentally left the last one at our old house when we moved. Previously, we'd used a plastic version of this, but the metal ones are much better as they don't leak as much and last much longer too. Definitely worth the extra money in my opinion.

Does the job as described

I bought this tap connector to leave permanetly attached to the outside tap in my back garden. I was annoyed with plastic tap connectors perishing after being left outside over the winter. I had the unfortunate feeling of the equivalent plastic models crunching in my hands all too many times. I wanted a permanent solution, and this metal option is truly one of the times when you will buy once and not regret it. I have left this on my outside tap for approx 6-7 years now and it still looks as good as the day it was delivered. If you were to ever get a few drips leaking then a quick application of PTFE tape would solve the issue in less than a minute. Plenty videos on Youtube that show the correct technique to apply it (who would have known there is a technique!). A worthwhile investment and I believe this will last for many years to come!
