I don’t usually leave reviews but, after the first use of these straighteners, I couldn’t not!I am a lifetime GHD user (replace GHD with GHD), though my head had been turned after reading ‘best straightener reviews’ and so I had been snooping around Cloud 9 for a while, undertaking some clandestine research.My GHDs broke on Monday and I received my Cloud 9s last night.This morning, I opened the box to find a gorgeous storage case holding a silicone plate sleeve, covering these sleek design straighteners.And the performance?! Good stuff, went down well as a present

When my GHDs broke a few weeks ago, my first reaction was to buy new GHDs, but then I saw this Cloud 9 straightener and gave it a go. And I'm so glad I did! They heat quickly, are easy to use, light, but most importantly, the results are amazing. I have fine hair which frizzes if I just look out the window at rain but when I've used these straighteners my hair stays straight all day. It can even last a couple of days which I've never managed before. My only slight complaint would be there is no heat mat, but the case it comes in is great for travelling with. They are expensive, but totally worth it.

The hype is correct. Easy to use. Takes no time to straighten hair smoothly. I have GHDs also. Which is better? Hard one both good but think Cloud Nine wins the race. 😊

I’ve had many GHD straighteners over the years. These by far outshine ones I’ve had in the past.Even at a lower temp than previous straighteners I’ve had, these straighten very well.The biggest thing for me is, I’ve tried to stop washing my hair everyday but straightening on the second day with old straighteners made my hair greasy. I now get up on the second day & it’s straightened so well I do t have to re straighten. No more second day greasy hair 👌

Because my hairs gone fine, frail and frizzy in old age less than 230 strength doesn't do the job with cheaper straighteners. These have max temp of 195 but work and leave hair feeling nice. I'm finding them tricky to hold as shorter in length and feel a bit slippy.. But I've got arthritic hands so could just be me. Am glad I bought them
