I use these as a spare set when travelling on business trips to save taking a more expensive set.

very good clear sound and good clear mic for the price :) something to look out for may only be me but the connection at the usb seemed very delicate. I use this on my laptop and sometimes jog the usb connection. This turns my sound rite down and will do so until you wiggle around the usb and find a point where it will allow you to turn it back up. this has become quite a pain for me to the point were I don't bother using it :/ but as I said this may just be because my laptop is getting on abit (nearly 4 years) and the usb ports and becoming a lil temperamental I don't know. but when it works really works well :)

Always nice when anything to do with computers works straight out of the box. Doubly so when it also seems a bit of a bargain. Had been slightly concerned if this'd be Mac-compatible (nothing to say it was...nothing to say it wasn't), but accompanying instructions provided the (extremely simple) couple of steps necessary to ensure my Mac (running 10.6.5) now recognises this headset everytime it's plugged in. (Full Windows instructions too). Effectively plug'n'play. Sound quality on Skype and music (I don;t game) very good; told I'm nice and clear on Skype and have no complaints how my voice sounds on podcasts, so mic must be OK. Return level from mic in headphones when recording a little low. More odd than irritating and for me not a prob and not a reason for a star deduction. Long lead; in-line controls; supremely comfortable to wear; seemingly well-built. A good purchase and I'm happy with it. Not a lot more to add !

This was my fourth set of headphones in about two weeks as the other three (different makes/models) all failed swiftly.This set is comfortable, light, easily adjustable and have clear mic and speaker sound.They are plug and play.I like the bendy mic.I also like the headphones as they allow a small amount of 'outside' sound in, so you can hear how loud you are speaking, or if a colleague is trying to interject into your conversation. I'm not keen on larger all encompassing earpieces which block out everything.

Our company has a couple of hundred of these headsets, sadly. The problem with them is that they tend to just suddenly stop working one day. Sometimes they just won't work with Teams but continue to work with, say, YouTube, sometimes you can just about hear the other side extremely faintly, and sometimes they are just dead as a Dodo. We are throwing out a couple of these every week and won't be buying them again. The sound quality is all right for speech. They're a little hard on the ears and the top of the head. But if they would just keep working, they would be good enough.

This headset is excellent value for money. The device installed with no problems on Windows 7 and worked well. You wouldn't expect hifi at this price point but the PC 960 is perfect for online voice communications. The headset is light and very comfortable; the longest period that I have used it for is just over an hour, I felt that I could have gone on for another hour with no problems. Highly recommended - if you require a combined microphone and headset for voice calls, etc., at a very reasonable price, look no further - this is what you're looking for!

This is the second "Logitech 960 USB Wired Headset, Stereo Headphones with Noise-Cancelling Microphone" I've purchased within 1 one year. Much as the experience of the headset is good, the build is poor. Reason I say "poor" is, that within 6 months one of the earphones failed, just sound emitting. On both items (first bough October 2021, the second April 2022) the right earphone failed.Something to note for anyone considering this product.

They work really well but the cable between the laptop and the headphones is quite stiff which makes it a bit unwieldy. I don't think it's something you can tell when you buy online but I would have preferred a cable which was less stiff.
