When I started using this tonic during the pandemic, I had the leisure to be more disciplined about applying it, and I definitely saw new hair growth after about six weeks. But in the past 18 months, I've become lazy about using it and am experiencing a major hair fall episode. With this reorder, I plan to get back on schedule because this definitely worked for me in the past. An unexpected benefit of this product is the heavenly scent -- not overwhelming, but very fresh and appealing. I was out running errands one day after applying this tonic, and I'll admit that I was a day past my normal hair wash schedule. A woman walked by me, turned around and said, "You smell so good!" I wasn't wearing any other scent -- it was just the Bondi Boost Procapil tonic, apparently entirely masking my less-than-clean hair.While my sister was pregnant, and then a new mum, and understandably not feeling very energetic, she was ashamed about not washing her hair as often as she normally would. But she said that applying this tonic to her hair saved her from embarrassment, because it made her hair smell fresh enough to be in company without offending others with her not-so-clean hair. Both of us have fairly thick hair (well, until my recent hair fall episodes and my sister's postpartum hair loss), and it doesn't weigh down our hair or make it feel greasy. If your hair is thinner and fine, the tonic might feel a bit heavier, but I imagine that those with finer hair wash it more frequently anyway, so it may not be a problem.Bottom line: it works for me and my sister, provided we use it regularly, with realistic expectations, allowing at least a couple of months for new growth to come in. And in the meantime, our hair smells great!

I've been using the Bondi Boost Procapil Hair Tonic for over 2 months and I'm blown away by the results! My hair feels thicker, fuller, and healthier-looking. The tonic is easy to apply, absorbs quickly, and doesn't leave any residue. I've noticed a significant reduction in hair fall and an increase in new growth. It was suggested to me to mix this, half and half, with rogaine since straight rogaine made my head itch like crazy. It works well.

When I first began using this, I was a bit skeptical. The market is saturated with products claiming "only we can grow women's hair back!" So I used minoxidil every few days, and this spray in between, then minoxidil once a week and bondi boost the rest of the time. It made a huge difference. The baby hair (or you could say breakage) around my face has been growing longer and more of it is growing. There's only a few hairs left in the brush after brushing my hair. And the volume and natural hair movement it gives my roots stays all day. I really want to get my next bottle soon (it can last for about 3 months, or at least mine did).

I saw many people and doctors raving about this product online so I thought I’d give it a try. I’ve been struggling with hair loss and a sensitive scalp for almost a year now, I believe it’s a result of scalp psoriasis I had to treat for months that caused damage. At first this was fine - I wasn’t seeing hair growth but nothing negative was happening. Then my scalp started to get really itchy, bumpy and irritated but only in the areas I was applying this, and I felt like I saw more shedding. I cannot 100% prove it was this product, but it was the only new thing I was doing, so I am choosing to stop and use things like pure castor oil/rosemary/etc. Its also very difficult to find negative reviews on this, which is a bit concerning as well. All in all, I’m not saying this will happen to you, I’m just saying listen to your body closely and I hope my honest review can help someone make an informed decision.
