Great speed and functionality
Great picture-great speed. We bought this for my father-in-law to replace his ancient computer. It was easy to set up and get his shortcuts on the main screen. He’s very pleased with it.

Failed to Install Windows 11
I wasn't able to get this machine to boot. There was no shipping damage apparent, the computer and the accessories looked new. It arrived without any instructions. Set-up was self evident, plug in the keyboard and mouse and the power supply. The display advised that updates needed to be installed. Why hadn't the seller done this. Then the machine locked up. After 20 minutes, I restarted it. It continued to lock up and have to be restarted. Finally a note came up from Microsoft that the computer needed to be reset. After that it was in a cycle of restarting and click on to restart. It was connected to a Internet through a 109 mbs up and down fiber network. I shipped it back to the seller. Due to this experience, I can't recommend this refurbished computer.

All in one touch screen
Works great for me. Only negative is screen seems slanted forward with no adjustment for the angle.

Best desktop I've ever owned
By far my favorite pc. I had purchased the 27" at a local retailer. When a friend asked me to help him replace his old, huge desktop setup, I ordered this for him. He was shocked when it arrived, thinking he was missing the hard drive, keyboard & mouse after 1 thin box was delivered. He now loves his All in One setup. (Mouse & keyboard were included as well) This is a great desktop & I highly recommend it.

Hard setup
This computer was difficult to set up. When I wanted to connect to Internet there was no way to to go to wifi. I had to take it to a different room and hook it up to the main Internet. Then it took forever to finish. After it finally did the set up then I could get it on wifi. I have never had that to happen and I have set up a lot of computers after all that it works great.
