Great quality and very comfy
My experience with the Philips H4209PK/00 wireless headphones has been nothing short of delightful. There's a lovely equilibrium between bass and treble; not too much thumping to rattle your fillings, but enough oomph to make your favorite tracks really sing. I've used them for everything from intense gaming sessions to mellow jazz evenings, and they've handled it all with aplomb. The Bluetooth connection is rock-solid. Forget about those frustrating dropouts that plague some wireless headphones; these are as steadfast as a loyal Labrador. I've taken them on my daily commute – a veritable gauntlet of Wi-Fi interference – and haven't experienced a single hiccup. It's genuinely impressive. And the comfort? These headphones are like a fluffy cloud for your ears. Seriously, I've worn them for hours on end without any discomfort. The lightweight design is a game-changer, and the plush earcups are incredibly forgiving. They’re so comfortable, it’s almost alarming. You’ll likely forget you’re even wearing them after a while.Battery life is another strong suit. They’ve consistently lasted a good long while on a single charge – easily enough for my daily grind, whether I'm working from home or navigating the urban jungle. I haven’t meticulously timed it, but let’s just say they easily outlast my attention span on most tasks. In short, the Philips H4209PK/00 headphones punch well above their weight. They offer exceptional value for money, delivering a premium listening experience without the premium price tag. If you’re in the market for a reliable pair of wireless headphones that don't skimp on quality, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these. They're a solid, dependable choice – a true workhorse in the audio arena.

Good Sound & Comfortable to Wear
Good sound & very comfortable to wear with a long enough lead. For the price, these really do give a good performance & also block out most of the outside/surrounding sounds. No sound overspill at normal volumes & excellent value for money.

good headphones - mic is a bit off
headphones are great, they work well and have alot of options when u download the app for them. mic is a bit off because it catches all the outside noises and makes the other person hard to hear u. but the touch features are great

Uncomfortable - TAH8506BK
The original model, PH805BK/00, were amazing. Best headphones I'd owned. Until one day after a few years of use the charger port just stopped working and the headphones were dead. I got my money back but unfortunately was forced to buy the new model: TAH8506BK.What's changed:The ear pieces are now made of a gross rubbery material that feels horrible after prolonged use. Much preferred the softer older model material. The ear covers are smaller than the old model, meaning they're no longer full over ear and actually sit on your ears a bit: really uncomfortable when using for a while. No touch controls, only buttons: this feature is the only good change, the touch controls were annoying and would go off unintentionally all the time. Having solid pressable buttons is good.Size adjustment: feels less flexible and less adjustable.Headband: the head band between the two earpieces is now almost flat on top, rather than having a more curved shape, this actually means it presses into the top of your head rather than naturally curving around it. This decision baffled me, who has a flat head?Noise cancelling makes a vibrating wobbling effect if you slightly lean on the headphones in any way, like your brain is being jellified. Really strange. Do not recommend for bedtime listening or leaning on a pillow in a car/plane/train etc.Seems strange the Amazon reviews features for this product mentions nothing to do with comfort and size, so I think they knew what they were doing no giving us the option to poorly rank those features.Overall terrible changes in the two models and I'm extremely disappointed my replacement has felt like such a downgrade. Going to switch brands next time.

Good sound quality but poor structural integrity
After a few months (probably 3 max) of owning these, the padding for one of the ear paddings fell off. Despite this the sound quality is beautiful, they fit perfectly and they connect so seamlessly. They’re easy to use and pretty good for the price, expect the fact that one of the ear paddings fell off after a short time

Impressive sound quality.
The PHILIPS TAH4209BK is an impressive budget-friendly option for those who want a lightweight and comfortable wireless headphone without spending too much. Right out of the box, I liked the sleek and minimal design. It doesn’t feel premium, but it’s sturdy enough for daily use. The fit is snug but comfortable, though after a few hours, I did feel a bit of pressure on my ears—typical for on-ear headphones.Sound-wise, I was pleasantly surprised. The bass is punchy, making it great for pop, hip-hop, and electronic music. Mids and highs are decent, though they lack some depth and clarity compared to higher-end models. Still, for casual listening, it does the job well. Bluetooth connectivity is smooth, with no noticeable lag or drops, and the onboard controls are intuitive and easy to use.One of the biggest highlights is the battery life—with around 29 hours of playback, I rarely had to worry about charging. The quick charge feature is also a lifesaver.Overall, I think the TAH4209BK offers great value. If you need a reliable, budget-friendly wireless headphone with solid bass and long battery life, this is definitely worth considering.
