Great value
Haven't had time to install this yet, but I have crimped a 1/0 connector onto the cable for a test. Quality and appearance are top notch and cable crimped really well without strands breaking or fraying.

How to understand what you're getting!
For the price, this is great stuff but there are a few things you need to understand BEFORE you buy it so you are not disappointed. The negative reviews are not wrong in most cases and there are some caveats:1. This is measured in Gauge (usually refers to metric size), not AWG (refers to current carrying capacity) and should be called out in aught if it were truly AWG. Gauge is a faux measurement IMHO. The "standard" is so loose and so not really a standard that understanding that right away is important. AWG (American Wire Gauge) is a strict standard and you know exactly what you are getting. Go pay twice this price and you'll get true AWG measurements. Don't want to pay twice the price? Then you're going to compromise.2. The individual strands are brittle as mentioned but that doesn't matter. If you're terminating correctly, it makes no difference what so ever. Voltage drop, heating because of amperage or anything like that does not matter if you lose a strand or two. As a cross section of the wire it is just not enough to make a difference.3. Yes the wire is on the stiffer side, that's a good point made by folks here. It's not bad actually, but figure your bends are going to be the size of a coffee can and maybe not quite as tight as the side of a coke can because it's stiff.Bottom line question: Is this 1/0 AWG (gauge?) Absolutely not. In AWG this would be just about 1 AWG on the thin side. It comes out at about 7.28MM which is basically thin 1 AWG (there is some margin of error in my measurements I'm sure). This is probably 1/0 gauge when you can measure "gauge" any way you freakin' want to.For this price, at this size of wire, you aren't going to do much better. Think ahead. This is a great buy for what you get, just get passed the marketing. I could not find wire this thick at this price on Amazon period and this was the best price by a couple bucks.Buy appropriately.I hope this helped!

Great kit with superbly flexible cable. Dual layer heat shrink a plus.
Extremely flexible 1/0 cable. This kit has everything I needed to make power connections for a removable UTV winch. I love that I can easily roll up the cable when not in use. The heat shrink is dual layer with the adhesive layer that creates waterproof connections. So impressed by the heat shrink I bought more separately.

Perfect for Race Car
Nice quality line. Very flexiable, very heat resistant. Good quality wire strands.

The price is right but it does seem to be 'between' sizes.
This is definitely value-priced, and it's nice and light (it's aluminum with copper coating, not solid copper) if your application will benefit from that. I have mine carrying some serious amperage from a solar battery array to a big inverter - no problems.HOWEVER - make sure you have some options handy for crimping terminals on this stuff. It seems to be in between sizes. My size-zero dies will let the wire slide right out, and the 1 is a bit tight, so I have been using the Zero and then 'snugging it up a bit' with the #1. That's my only gripe, and I'm OK with the compromise for the price, but if you had a particularly critical application in mind where that kind of thing would not fly, be aware before you pull the trigger.

Top Quality
Top quality stuff the heat shrink tubing had more glue that another piece I got and the printing on it make it cute and professional appearing I would recomend this company and item.

I think it's gonna be alright
Nice thick cable. Insulation seems think enough. Lugs and heat shrink feel like high quality. Only complaint I have right now is the crimping tool. I bought 1/0 cable and had to use the 1 gauge dies to crimp the lug tight enough.I'll be using it to power a 12000# badlands winch. Will.see how it handle that.
