Worth it if you have morning stiffness!!! … or any kinda stiffness
Changed my life! Buy it!I have major stiffness in the morning and after a long days work, so I use this bad boy to loosen up my back and SI joint. I always feel much better afterwards!! It’s a gorgeous color too!

Helps a lot with tight muscles
Great little roller for legs and sides. I'm quite thin and can even do my back so it covers all areas on me quite well. The pad is hard but not without some give which is nice. Light weight and portable. Functions just as a roller should. Good value all around.

Compact size makes this portable
Great compact size. I’m able to place my rolled up yoga mat inside the cylinder and store in my yoga mat bag. Great for on the go foam rolling.

Immediate Relief
This things works amazingly well. It feels very strong and allows me to roll my back on it at 185lbs without flexing at all. Definitely worth it for anyone in to fitness.
