Skeptical as usual. You have to stay clean as possible to notice the effects best as possible. Ie stay off the drink, stay away from fast food etc. I really did notice a difference in my energy levels , thinking etc. This may be placebo, but so be it. Just bought my second bottle.Andrew

I have been using Charava NMN 1 gram for a couple days now and I am already feeling more energised and physically stronger. I am surprised because I was sceptical about NMN supplements. The bottle is strong, neatly packaged and well secured. The capsules are easy to swallow and I take 2 capsules in the morning. I like that this gives me the 1 gram of NMN that I want to take daily. I also noticed that I am sleeping more deeply and wake up feeling like I had a good night sleep.

I have been using the NMN for about a month and after a week I noticed an increase in my energy levels. The bottle is as described and I am very happy with the product, I will be purchasing again for sure!

I did not feel anything, I’ve tried different brands in the past and some of them you can tell they work because it is like feeling that energy for many hours during the day, crisp and clear mind. I did not feel that with this product I’m afraid.
